I've been with my soulmate Harry MacPhee since 1985, we joined vows in 1992.  My love for you my Husband has grown more each & every day.  I am truly grateful I was smart enough to know you were the one for me.   39 years ago when you came into my life, you had a knack to make me laugh, even when I didn’t want to smile. Let me say you are the one I cherish & love, and, I feel so blessed to be your wife. When you held me, I felt safe. You were a kind, thoughtful and loving man.  Life always has its ups & downs but I think our differences put spice into our lives. I would not have wanted a life without you. Losing you is the hardest thing I will ever have to do. Till we meet again, your loving wife, Debbie-Lynn.

Family and friends that knew Harry told us many times what a kind and warm personable man he was, and that he would do anything for you. He will be missed.

Special thanks to our home nurse Jenna. I always enjoyed listening to Jenna & Harry's funny bantering while she cared for him.  The family would like to thank the Hagersville Hospital Nursing Team, and Doctors for all of their care and compassion.

A Celebration of Life will be announced in the future.  Please feel free to add your memories of Harry.

Sincerest condolences to you Debbie and the family. Harry was one of the kindest person you could ever meet. He would give you the shirt off his back, I feel blessed to have shared many memories. Our blue jay games and forgetting where the jeep was parked.???? Our many PPG poker games which always turned out to coincide with a snow storm. And of course our breakfasts at golden griddle before our autograph sessions at Maple Leaf Gardens, the waitress took our orders and when she turned to get Harry’s order she said “ And what would your “DAD” like. We laughed so hard, ????????from then on he became Dad to us. You will truly be missed Harry. !!!!!
Love you “DAD. RIP

My fondest memories of Uncle Harry go back to my childhood when I was a little girl and Uncle Harry, Aunt Doris, Aunt Laura would come home to Nine Mile River during the summer months. Their spouses and all my cousins came with them, we would have camp fires, corn boils, roast hotdogs, s’mores and have a grand old time. Those were the best days ever!! Recently Harry and Debbie got home twice, the last time was what seemed like only a few weeks before Harry got really sick and passed away. That visit in itself was the most incredible gift and I hope Debbie has wonderful memories of their vacation. The pictures looked amazing and they seen and did much. I almost feel like Uncle Harry wanted to see us all and well that last visit I feel is a gift from god. Harry looked well healthy and happy. That visit I will always remember and wish we could have more. Debbie your welcome to make those visits back to Nova Scotia again soon I am sure you will want to revisit the special places you vacationed at this summer we love and will look out for you. Shane I am very sorry about losing your dad and the kid’s grandad can just imagine how sad they feel, sending you all love! We were lucky to have a Harry in our lives he is up their in Heaven warming the place up with his warm kind personality (until we meet again Uncle Harry your in our hearts and memories and we miss you) ????

Prayers of strength to all who knew Harry and especially his family. Harry was an unforgettable person. From working with him in my early twenties to living around the corner from him for over twenty years it was a privilege and humble honour to know and share time with him. Harry you made a mark on all that knew you! Go forward now to a new existence and one day we can all cross paths again.

Our sincere sympathy to Mr. MacPhee's family. His sister Lilah and brother-in-law Bill Ward are our neighbours. We know Lilah misses her brother all ready - it is never easy to lose a loved one no matter their age or the circumstances.
Thinking of everyone during this difficult time. Rest easy Mr. MacPhee. Sincerely, Grace and Fred Speth

I don’t even know where to begin my heart is truly broken with the loss of Harry. I have so many memories of going autographing down town Toronto and when we went to Peterbrough for the Florida Panthers training camp he always came prepared for anyone we might run into. His love for the Habs was second to none but I won’t fault him for that lol ????. Harry was truly one of a kind always smiling and making us laugh. But what I will miss the most is playing poker with him and the guys and girls from PPG it was always a blast and he always wanted to be the host. I hope you are having games up in heaven with Jo. I will always miss you calling me big guy and I will always remember your last words to me when I was leaving the hospital on the Sunday before you passed which were I love you big guy and believe me when I say I loved you too DAD!!!!!!

Where do I begin! I miss you Brother! Seeing you with our family only a few weeks ago and looking so healthy with a glowing smile you always had on your face, ending with our greatest loss. It's true what Family and Friends are saying. My Brother Harry was a caring, loving and sharing person to all that new him. Lots of memories growing up as kids to adults that I will always cherish. You was a loving husband to your wife, children, grand children, great grand children , and brothers and sisters. I love You Brother! See you again sometime! You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. RIP XOXO

Sending our sympathy to Harry’s family.

Dwight and I went to school together.
Always great times with Harry back in grade eight.

Will always have fond memories of the fun we had in those days.

Keep rocking Harry.

When I first met Harry his nick name at work was Dad. At first I thought it was a little weird but as I got to know him, it made a lot more sense.
I will miss the way you called me Kiddo, counted my cards at crib when I missed my points, always asking me if I want a beer and the one question you alway always asked me every single time we got together “how’s matt?”.
I will miss you lots and wish I could give you just one more hug to say good bye.
You will be missed by many, that I am sure of.
Cheers Harry
AKA Dad xoxo

Debbie,

Branko and I want you to know how very sad we are for you to lose Harry. The first time we met him, he was so approachable and very friendly. He had an easy way about him to make you feel at ease. He was a great guy and will be missed by many, I’m sure.

Our sincere sympathies to you and the family.

Love you and take care,

Colette and Branko Rayakovich
