David George Upton
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David George Upton on October 18, 2022 in his 85th year.
Beloved husband of the late Yvonne Ann (2007). Loving father to Paul Upton (Kathy) and Sally-Ann Peirson (Scott). Loving grandfather to Melissa (Eugene), Trevor (Holly), Danielle (Yamila), Natasha (Tristan). Great grandpa to Emma, Wyatt, Isabella and Bradley. Brothers and Sisters in England, Iris & Sony Jarvis (deceased), Olive & Sidney Dawson (Deceased), Jack & Edith Davy (Deceased), Cyril & Edith Upton (Deceased), Victor & Edna Upton (Deceased), Dorothy Upton (deceased), Edward (Deceased) & Jean Upton, Don (deceased) & Margaret Brooks, Ronald Upton (Deceased). Many nephews and nieces in England and Canada.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and parademics of West Haldimand Hospital for their care and support. A special thanks goes to Ches & Betty Peirson for always being by dads side when it was needed.
At David’s request, a private family viewing was held at Hyde & Mott Chapel, Hagersville, followed by cremation. Burial and memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to West Haldimand General Hospital Foundation or any Cancer Charities of your choice. www.rhbanderson.com
