 DAVID ELMER “RAG MOP” MARTIN
December 21, 1947 - May 23, 2025

 


Retired Ironworker Local 736. David “Rag Mop” Martin Started his journey. Reunited with his loving partner Elaine Joan Henry. Loving father of Kimberly Henry (Shawn), Cynthia Martin, and Tara Martin. Devoted grandfather of Dalton Hill (Emily), and Ikekiss Kennedy. Brother of Beverley. He will also be greatly missed by his, nieces, nephews, cousins and Albert the cat. Predeceased by his parents Edith “Marie” Hill and Lloyd “Moonglow” Martin and siblings Philip (Reva), Evelyn (Ralph), and Sherwood “Woody”. Rag Mop was always up for a good karaoke party, hunting and visiting with family and friends of the Neyaashiinigmiing community.

Resting at Styres funeral home, 1798 4th. Line, Ohsweken after 4 p.m. Tuesday. Evening service 7 p.m. Tuesday followed by cremation. www.rhbanderson.com
