I'm so sorry for everyone's loss. Cody was the sweetest gentle giant I ever met. He used to run out a full throttle with me over his shoulder and run me around the school, he usually dropped me off somewhere the furthest from my next class LOL I used to hide in lockers and jump out at him and scare him. He was shocked to find out that I could still fit in the blocker when I was pregnant and complained that it wasn't fair because he couldn't pick me up anymore but I could still scare him so he locked me in one time. Honestly one of my best memories in high school. We had parenting class together when I was about a month away from giving birth notice my baby jumping in my belly at a rhythmic speed and he asked does your baby have the hiccups I was so shocked that he even knew that babies could have hiccups inside of the mummy . He always seemed really interested in my pregnancy and I knew he was going to be an amazing husband and Dad one day. I'm so glad to see that he did have children and I can't imagine what a great Daddy he was. Sending my heartfelt condolences to everyone. He will be missed greatly.

My deepest condolences to Cody's family! My memories of Cody are being part of my Kindergarten family. Cody was an active boy who always kept me on my toes! Loved his smile and his kindness to his classmates. He was too young to leave us! As a Kindergarten teacher it always makes me sad to lose a student such as Cody! Keeping his family in my thoughts and prayers! Rest in peace Cody!

Cody and I were great friends from grade 8 all the way through out high school and into our 20's. He was partner in crime, my protector and an amazing friend. I find peace knowing he is with his two sisters and nephew. Cody was funny, had the greatest smile, even better laugh and had an AMAZING heart.

Fly high Cody! I love you and will miss you every day!

I still can’t believe it...we had a lot of great memories...we had a lot of great talks, about our futures and I’ll always remember you being there for me when I got out of a tough situation...you never judged, you were the most positive person I met, yes we had our disagreements but you were always there for me when I needed you and I was there when you needed a shoulder, you were always just a message away...you had a lot of love for your babies and they’ll always remember you for the strong, caring, loving guy that you were. You will be missed and I’ll never forget you !! Xoxo
