I'm saddened to hear of Barb Phillips passing. She was a lovely, sweet "Garnet Gal"! I have nothing but good memories of the entire "Phillips" family. Emerson and Barb were strong Garnet community members, who were always willing to help. When Dad passed away I called on Emerson to help get our pond pump primed and back up working. He ended up with a face full of muddy pond water but not one complaint through it all. My deepest condolences to you all.
