B. Joyce Burnham
June 28, 1940 - February 2, 2024
Going into the arms of her husband, our dear momma and gram passed away peacefully at Brantford General Hospital Friday February 2.
Beloved wife to the late William Burnham.
Loving mom to Shelley (Christian) and Allan (deceased). Loving gram to Ryan (Chanel) and Jayme Kayle. Great gram to Oliver, Oak & Osiana and Wynter. Sister to Sheila (Bob) and predeceased by sister Dora (Jack) and brother Roy. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Violet Howick and in-laws Edward and Mina Burnham and Burnham sisters and brothers in-law. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews and adopted grandsons and friends. Joyce spent her life showing compassion and love to many through her nursing at Brantford General Hospital and Six Nations Home Care Nursing. She was an avid volunteer of the Six Nations Figure Skating Club and Six Nations Fairboard.
Visitation is Sunday from 3pm - 8pm and the funeral service is Monday, February 5 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers you may wish to donate to the Six Nations Health Foundation Attention: Hospice.
