Donnie was a resident of Iroquois Lodge, Ohsweken. He passed away peacefully at Brantford General. Donnie was predeceased by his mother Rita Martin Hill and brothers John and Harry. He is survived by his children Lisa (Dan), Lance (Kathy), Linda, Patricia (Brian), Timothy (Bonnie), and Kerry (Dillon) as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Special step-dad to Susan (Frank). Special cousin of Marilyn Martin. Donnie enjoyed playing bingo, euchre, pool and golfing especially at the 19th hole. He also went hunting, played baseball and was an umpire as well.
The family will honor his life with visitation at Styres Funeral Home, 1798 4th. Line, Ohsweken on Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. Evening Service 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. A brief ceremony will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday May 14, 2025 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Stumphall Cemetery. www.rhbanderson.com

My mom and I played many euchre games with Onions. He could always be counted on for a trick or two. Rest in peace, Onions.

My sincere condolences to the family of Donnie. I worked at the Adult Day program for a few years and he was quite the card shark as I remember. Always had a quick joke and always a warm smile. I will miss him.
