With broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of our much loved son Daylan Sandy on August 14, 2020 in his 29th year.  Daylan was adored by his mother and father, Brenda and Johnson Sandy.  Left to mourn this devastating loss is his siblings: John (Crystal), Craig (Jen), Mike, Tanisha, and Nikkia.  Daylan will be sadly missed by his grandmother, Eleanor Staats.  He leaves behind many nieces, nephews (Kaysha, Kylee, Kayleion, Kion, Mazie, Ascension, and a great nephew Brantley), aunts and uncles.  Uncle Day earned a special place in Mataya’s heart.  He is predeceased by grandparents Mitchell Sandy, Geraldine Sandy, Glen Maracle, uncles Paul, Cam, Doe, Chubb, and Punk.  Also predeceased by his best buddy Sherwin Thomas.  Daylan cared deeply for people and was always finding ways to spread his kindness and lend a helping hand.  He was an avid lacrosse fan and valued anything connected to lacrosse.  Resting at his home 3420 6th Line after 7pm. Johnson and Brenda and families. Our Prayers, Love, Light and Condolences
are with you for the loss of your Sonny. He will forever be in our hearts. It was good to see that he still enjoyed lacrosse,
He also was a great player too, when he played. He will be missed.
