It is with great sadness we heard of Peggy's passing. In the last few years we have made a point of going out to lunch with Peggy, and since the pandemic hit, Bill and Peggy shared regular phone calls, even up to quite recently. We so enjoyed her stories of her growing up years in the Fess house. We know things were not easy for her here, but she brought to life Bill's Dad, grandparents, aunts and uncles. We will really miss her. She was a true character and told it the way she saw it! Loved that about her.

I remember spending lots of time at Aunt Peggys with Grandma Barb growing up. Then as an adult stopping to check out the gardens, ask gardening advice and maybe getting a piece of this plant or that one when she allowed. She was a great lady that always told it like it was, never sugar coated anything and for that I respected her more than she knew. Now Aunt Peggy and GB can be bingo buddies again. Sending you all big hugs.

So sorry to have heard of Peggy’s passing. Our condolences to Judy, Donnie, Christie, Chucky and their families. She was such a bright light as our neighbour and cousin while growing up in Garnet. I look back fondly on interacting with her and enjoyed her frank but always positive & honest manner. From ball games in her back yard to her taking us all on picnic excursions back to the Sandusk Creek to catch critters in the water on Grandpa’s farm across the road. She was a refreshing and amazing lady.
